You will receive a gallery link to the email address that you provide during checkout where you will be able to view and download your media.
Let us know! We can work with you to create custom media options for your meet.
The availability of certain options (like hype videos) are subject to staff availability.
Certain media options can be purchased after the meet is over, but hype videos must be booked ahead of time.
We don't currently offer samples, but you can see plenty of our work on instagram to see what your photos/videos will look like.
Refund policy
Top Set Media Refund Policy for Media Packages
At Top Set Media, we take pride in providing high-quality media coverage for powerlifting events. When you pre-order a media package, we reserve time, resources, and staff specifically for your lifter. For this reason, we have the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
All media package purchases are non-refundable. If you decide you no longer want the photos or videos after placing an order, we do not offer refunds.
2. Event Credits
If you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event that you wish to cancel your media package, we can issue a full credit for use at a future Top Set Media-covered event within 12 months. This credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser or lifter.
3. No-Shows
If the athlete does not compete on the day of the event (a “no-show”), no credit or refund will be issued, as we have already allocated resources for that lifter.
4. Event Cancellation or Service Failure
In the rare case that Top Set Media is unable to deliver your media package due to our own fault (e.g., equipment failure, staffing issue), you will be given the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
